BTS’s first anthology album “Proof” has completed its first week of sales of 2,752,496 copies, as of June 16.
Originally released on June 10, Proof has now become the best-selling K-pop album of 2022 with over 2.7 million copies in first-week sales. In addition, the album currently holds the second-highest first-week sales record of all time, just behind BTS’s Map Of The Soul: 7 with 3.3 million copies.
In fact, BTS is currently occupying the top 4 positions on the Hanteo chart, the record for the highest first week sales of all time. Specifically, Map Of The Soul: 7 is at No.1, Proof (No.2), BE (No.3) and Map Of The Soul: Persona (No.4).
Besides, BTS will hold comeback stages for the group’s anthology album Proof on KBS2’s Music Bank on June 17 and on SBS’s Inkigayo on June 18.
